Pessimism

I don’t believe in pessimism. If something doesn’t come up the way you want, forge ahead. If you think it’s going to rain, it will. (Clint Eastwood)

  1. It is very easy to think and say wise things when you are well off financially. You do not care where the next meal comes from or how to get a job. You do not worry about the rent.
I know that there are many out there who started out poor. Especially in your industry, Mr Eastwood. At the risk of sounding cynical, would you say that there must be those who are pessimistic? Without pessimism there would be no place for optimism. Cause and Effect?
So whether you believe in pessimism or not, it’s OK. Just don’t expect others to do the same.
These are just my thoughts at this particular point in time. In ten minutes from now I might just meet someone who “Makes my Day”. Excuse the use of your most memorable phrase.

Well at least there is a thinge of optimism to end your note. Cheers and thanks for coming Aubrey.
